Electronic rate change for Term Assurance premiums (20/07/08)
On 20 July 2008 we will be introducing a further reprice to some of our Term Assurance premiums. We’re responding where necessary to recent market moves by our competitors.
This reprice affects:
- Level Term Assurance
- Level Term Assurance with Critical Illness Cover (guaranteed and reviewable premiums)
- Decreasing Term Assurance
- Decreasing Term Assurance (guaranteed premiums)
- Whole of Life Protection Plan
The new premiums will be available on Legal & General’s Online Protection (OLP) and portals such as the Exchange, Webline, Assureweb and Lifequote.
Transitional arrangements
All e-Applications received on or after 20 July 2008 will receive the new rates. If you have saved a case and you have obtained an acceptance in principle before 20 July 2008 and then want to submit the case via OLP after 20 July 2008, OLP should allow this to happen as long as the case is not older than four months from the original quote date.
