Important – Changes to intermediary Terms of Business

This notice is to advise you of important amendments to the Intermediary Terms of Business. A letter has also been sent to all master agencies advising them of these changes and asking that they cascade these down to sub-agents and other relevant parties.

The main changes concern our right to reclaim commissions on certain products and also include the FSA's Treating Customers Fairly obligations. These changes will come into effect no later than 20 July 2008 and will apply to all business submitted after that date. It is therefore in your interest to review and familiarise yourself with the new terms.
